I realised in my late 20's that people were truly the greatest asset in the business environment and I made a commitment to grow my awareness around human behavior to help people be the best they could be. I studied individuals and teams for the next 20 years and invested in my own development, completing programmes with Tony Robbins, The Pacific Institute, and Jack Black (Mindstore) before starting on my NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) journey. I am an accredited NLP Master Practitioner, NLP Master Coach, Master Time Line Therapy® and NLP Master of Hypnosis. I am also an accredited CMI (Chartered Management Institute) Coach.
